The 10th annual "CHRISTMAS IN JULY" Charity Ride will be held on Saturday, July 27th, 2024.

We are SO EXCITED to celebrate 10 years of the Christmas In July Charity

AND bringing smiles to so many children!

We will meet at Bull Falls Harley-Davidson® of Wausau in the morning and we will make the RIDE to the Marshfield Children's Hospital to visit all the children that are in the Hospital!
We will unload the trailer and give them many toys and gifts to celebrate Christmas In July!
We will have a Program at the Hospital this year to celebrate 10 years of the charity!
Then we will end the day with an after celebration/party at Reservoir Dog Saloon in Mosinee with live music, food, raffles and more!

Since there is no snow in July Santa shows up on a motorcycle! Everyone is welcome to join us. This is a very "HEART FILLED" and blessed day that you will never forget!
The children and families can feel the rumble of the bikes coming from blocks away in anticipation for Santa’s visit!

We are asking for a $20 donation per bike/car to join in on the ride.

Tentative Timeline Of Charity Ride Event: (More details to come)

9:00 - 9:45 am Check in/Registration for bikes and vehicles by the entrance to Bull Falls Harley-Davidson® of Wausau taking the ride to the Marshfield Children's Hospital and get your wristband and ticket for several drawings for prizes at the Hospital and drawing at Reservoir Dog after the ride.

9:00 - 9:45 am Toy Collection by the big trailer

9:30 am Santa arrives at Bull Falls Harley-Davidson® of Wausau to kick off our 2024 fundraising event! National Anthem and announcements for the ride.

10:00- 10:15 am KICKSTANDS UP!
Leave Bull Falls Harley-Davidson® of Wausau and head to Marshfield Children's Hospital. Watch Santa and his entire motorcycle crew roll out to lead the special delivery of toys for the Children receiving care at Marshfield Children’s Hospital to Celebrate Christmas in July! Those who do not ride motorcycles are still invited to come by car or truck. The Sweet Ride Limousine will ride along with a very special family inside!

11:00 am Arrival at Marshfield children hospital, take the circle loop for the kids to see the bikes!
Everyone can park in the lot across the street and walk over to help unload the truck full of toys into the hospital. The kids' eyes will light up when they see all the toys being unloaded, they will also get to pick out items for them and their siblings to have!

11:45 am We will make our way into the Hospital auditorium for the 10th Anniversary program. There will be a DJ, music and refreshments. We will have several past Miracle children there to talk and listen to their stories!

1:30 pm We will Leave the Hospital and ride together and head to Reservoir Dog Saloon 206930 County Hwy O, Mosinee, WI 54455 for the after celebration/party.
Santa will remain at the hospital to visit with the kids for a little while.

2:00 pm Arrive at Reservoir Dog Saloon for the post party! There will be food, A live band playing from 2:00 - 5:00 pm, raffle baskets, 50/50 raffle, and the 2024 Trip raffle!
